After a video of the employee’s happy conduct at the drive-thru went viral, the employee became a local celebrity at Chick-fil-A…

Jeremiah Murrill, the usually cheery employee who takes your orders at the drive-thru at the Wilmington, North Carolina site of the fast-food chain, is probably already familiar to you if you are a regular customer at this location.

People in Jeremiah’s town have taken notice of the outstanding customer service and the upbeat attitude he displays while on the job.

Toya Liles, a frequent customer, had the idea one day of filming 20-year-old Jeremiah as he collected her order at the drive-thru. Jeremiah was working at the restaurant.

In spite of the frigid weather, the young guy exhibited his customary optimistic manner as he took notes on Toya’s instructions while dressed in a bulky jacket and a winter cap with a fluffy pom-pom.

Jeremiah congratulates everyone on their “amazing order” before delivering the final tally to Toya and her companion once he has finished taking the order.

After that, he gives them their card to pay for the meal and says something along the lines of, “You’re one swipe away from an excellent lunch meal.”

As their exchange drew to a close, Jeremiah gave the other passengers in the car a knuckle bump, wished them a good day, and smiled widely as he said, “You have an excellent day.” Toya then exited the vehicle.

As it turns out, Toya is just one of hundreds of other customers who, like her, had the opportunity to enjoy the incredibly outstanding customer service provided by Jeremiah.

“He deserves to become viral…. I don’t know what it is about him, but he never fails to be cheery and cheerful whenever we cross paths.

You might very well be having the worst day possible, and he would make it better!”

One of the restaurant chains that are famous for providing excellent service to its customers is Chick-fil-A. But what really sets Jeremiah apart is not just his always upbeat mood, but also the importance that he takes on each individual customer.

“I serve a lot of visitors, I make an effort to keep track of each and every name at the drive-thru. That’s simply something that’s important to me on a personal level.”
