Beyoncé made her long-awaited return to the stage on Saturday evening, when she gave a performance lasting one hour at the brand-new Atlantis The Royal Resort in Dubai.
It had been four years since the singer had last headlined a concert of her own.
During the course of the performance, the 41-year-old “Crazy in Love” singer was accompanied by her daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who is 11 years old, for a duet performance of their song “Brown Skin Girl.”
This song is included on Beyoncé’s The Lion King companion album, which was released in 2019.
Blue Ivy was given credit for authoring the song, which not only gave her her first official feature but also gave her her first official entrance into the Billboard Hot 100 list.
Blue Ivy sang her part of the song that ended up earning a Grammy Award while her mother performed her own portions.
At the conclusion of the song, it was stated that Blue Ivy gave a hug to her mother and then went up the stairs of the stage. Once there, she struck a posture and blew kisses to the audience in front of her.
