Chris Hemsworth responds to guy who says people think they look alike in a funny way

Chris Hemsworth is well-known for his sense of humor. Chris appears to be a really wonderful man, apart from nailing a surprisingly amusing character in all of the Thor films and receiving excellent praise from fellow performers and fans. On Twitter, no less.

It’s also no secret that he’s one of the world’s sexiest guys.

But at least he is aware of it, admits it, and frequently teases it.

Recently, a Twitter user named Justin (@nothinbutlag) said that people often mistake him for the ripped star. Certainly, he bears absolutely no resemblance, but isn’t that the point of the joke?

Hemsworth spotted the tweet and, being the humorous man that he is, decided to answer on Valentine’s Day.

I believe Hemsworth’s response on Valentine’s Day was intended to enhance Justin’s confidence. I’d like to think that this was a perfectly positive interaction.

There’s a lot of nasty back-and-forth between fans and celebrities these days, so it’s refreshing to see one that isn’t.

The remarks were equally healthy and pleasant. Everyone seemed to get the humor and appreciate it.

Which of them is he?

Some guys have shared photos of their “doppelgängers.”

Perhaps a more genuine celebrity impersonator

Even a well-placed advertisement from an Eyeglasses retailer

Justin eventually reacted to Hemsworth’s good gesture, completing the loop of positive online material.

Have you ever had a pleasant encounter with a celebrity? Do you ever tweet them or leave a comment on their Instagram to see if they respond? As long as you’re courteous and respectful, I don’t see anything wrong with that. You don’t want to make a fool of yourself and end up on the receiving end of Thor’s hammer.
