Diane Keaton hasn’t gone on a date in the last 15 years, says she is “doing fine, One Day Someone Will Marry Me…”

Diane Keaton is the queen of romantic comedies, but in her actual life, love isn’t exactly a top concern for her.

An actress who is 77 years old was recently interviewed for the purpose of advertising her forthcoming romantic comedy titled Maybe I Do. During this interview, the actress was questioned about the length of time that has passed since the last time that she went on a date.

“Let’s [say] 15 years,” remarked Keaton. “They most likely simply decided, “Enough is enough… she’s too odd,” and that was it. I have my quirks, but other than that, I’m doing OK.”

She continued by saying, with a lighthearted tone, “Someday, someone will marry me,” adding, “Maybe one of these kind guys today who had to deal with me today.”

The Oscar winner had the following response when asked whether she wanted to be asked out: “I am surrounded by many male friends. I have a large number of friends, but I don’t have any dates. No mwah-mwah.”

The actress of Annie Hall, who has been romantically linked to the likes of Woody Allen, Warren Beatty, and Al Pacino, amongst others, does not seem to be bothered by the fact that she is now without a significant other, “I believe that I wanted more of a mother component,” she said.

Keaton is quoted as saying, “I don’t believe it would have been a good idea for me to have married, and I’m very glad I didn’t, and I’m sure they’re pleased about it, too,” in reference to her decision not to tie the knot.
