Even though the man has been gone for eight years, his wife still receives flowers from him on Valentine’s Day…

One Kentucky resident who passed away in 2012 was an unabashed hopeless romantic.

Before he passed away, this husband ensured that his wife would never doubt the depth of his love for her, even when he was no longer physically there.

Tracey shared that the experience “was painful, but at the same time, it made me joyful because I simply knew that he will always be with me.”

Following the year 2013, the annual flower delivery continued, with each bouquet being accompanied by a unique letter on each occasion.

The letter that came with this year’s package wished the recipient a “Happy Birthday and Valentine’s Day.” Love, you, Rich”

Even while the message that it conveys to Tracey varies somewhat from year to year, the way that it makes her feel about herself stays the same: it makes her feel loved.

“Tracey, even if you can’t see me, I am always here. Please don’t doubt that. I adore you. Love, Rich,” said the message that was sent in 2018.

Tracey expressed her feelings by saying, “Every time I receive them, it really brings up a lot of memories, and joyous tears.” When Rich passed away from throat cancer, he was 53 years old.

According to Bethany, the couple’s daughter, her father let her and her three siblings in on some of his best-kept secrets on his future plans.

She said, “We don’t know precisely how it’s done, but we do know that they won’t stop any time soon.”

Bethany said that “he is simply the ideal example of the kind of guy that each and every woman hopes to find.  A genuine account of love.”

If Tracey could send a message to Rich right now, she would tell him that she is thankful for all he done throughout their time together and beyond, and that her gratitude does not diminish with the passage of time.
