Tom Brady made a significant statement on Wednesday, when he declared that he would retire from football.

During his career in the sport, Brady has accumulated a wealth of experiences. Following his big revelation, he proceeded to his Instagram Stories to share hundreds and dozens of photographs of his life over the years, and one extremely moving event saw him reconcile with his ex, Bridget Moynahan, and their son, John.

The 15-year-old boy and his father stood shoulder to shoulder, and the boy resembled his father in every way, even having an untidy hair cut like his father. When the family portrait was taken, all three of them smiled for the camera.

In the picture, John had his hands on both of his parents, and Bridget was wearing a plain top that was tucked into her jeans.

Tom recounted a lot of other family events, one of which was a picture that encapsulated their memorable Christmas. In the picture, all three of Tom’s children were posing in front of a Christmas tree.

Between the years 2004 and 2006, Tom was in a relationship with Bridget. The couple broke up in 2006, while Bridget was pregnant with their child.

The National Football League star would eventually wed the Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen; however, the couple’s romance ended the previous year as a direct result of Tom’s choice to resume playing football.
