Gigi Hadid is without a doubt the supermodel of our time, surpassed only in size by her sister, Bella. She’s been the face of Versace, Chanel, and Calvin Klein (to name a few); she’s a fashion week regular; and she even partnered with Tommy Hilfiger on four seasons of Tommy x Gigi.
In a perfect union of her various sides—model, entrepreneur, and mother to two-year-old Khai—Hadid graced the March 2023 cover of Elle—three separate covers, in fact. The model reintroduced herself to followers in the tale, headlined “The Gigi Hadid You Don’t Know,” spilling sensitive information about how motherhood transformed her, co-parenting with ex Zayn Malik, and going to therapy.
At both the interview and the photo shoot for the editorial, the model was stripped down. Hadid appeared on many Elle covers while being photographed by Mario Sorrenti. She wore a fluffy rabbit balaclava with a matching furry cropped jacket and Ambush underpants in the first.
In another photo, Hadid posed in a powder blue lingerie set from her own line, Guest in Residence, complete with matching arm warmers and denim shorts. Her third cover was undoubtedly the spiciest. Hadid wore black bikini bottoms and a glittering knit crop top by Hermès.

In a following interview, Hadid informed the magazine that she had a fresh love for life. “Having a daughter, although changing my life and making me want to feel more stable, has also taught me to embrace turmoil.”
“Being at shows and shoots and just being in the city again; being among friends [after] being a parent… I have respect for all sides of it,” the supermodel remarked.
