Jennifer Aniston has been America’s sweetheart for decades, inspiring a generation to replicate her characteristic Rachel Green hairstyle in the 1990s and early 2000s. She has now confirmed her place as a style icon for the sixth time on the cover of Allure magazine.
The Friends star was shown wearing a stylish Chanel bikini top on Allure’s December 2022 cover. The cups, if you can call them that, were each emblazoned with the renowned double-C emblem and were only held together by a thin strap. Aniston wore a black thong on the bottom that was just as revealing. She added a tiny thumb tuck to make it look even better.
The bra is a throwback to the 1990s, a mini bikini top from Chanel’s Spring 1996 collection. The top, which was first seen on the runway by Stella Tennant, was also available in pink. If Aniston’s appearance reminds you of Kim Kardashian, you’re not alone. In 2018, the reality star wore the same bikini.
Though few would dare to wear this small suit, Aniston told Allure that her confidence is better than ever. “I feel the greatest about myself today, better than I did in my 20s and 30s or even in my mid-40s,” she remarked. “We needed to stop talking down to ourselves. You’ll be 65 and think to yourself, “I looked fantastic at 53.”
As Allure’s final print edition, the magazine is likely to go out with a bang.
