Khloé Kardashian is using the challenging times in her life as a catalyst for personal growth and healing.
The reality TV star, who is 37 years old, made the revelation that seeing the demise of her relationship with Tristan Thompson has been “a type of therapy” for her.
Khloé opened up to the audience and said, “It’s not easy, but at the same time, I believe it’s also a type of therapy for me,” adding that she enjoys seeing how the rest of her family reacts to different situations.
She continued by saying, “Those little things mean a lot to me, and I like to see that stuff, just how the whole family — not about this situation, but any situation — how we all rally around one another in times that are hard for us.”
After learning that the NBA star had fathered another kid with Maralee Nichols, Khloé and Tristan made the decision to formally terminate their relationship.
Khloé complimented the team of producers for the reality program with creating an atmosphere that made her and her family “feel so comfortable,” which enabled her to continue revealing this sensitive portion of her life during the question-and-answer session that took place on Wednesday.
Khloé’s response to a question on how she establishes limits for the more personal aspects of her life was as follows: “I believe each individual has their own set of boundaries or what they feel comfortable revealing, and we all respect that.”
On Thursday, Khloé shared with her fans her thoughts on the season’s conclusion by tweeting a message on love and the things she’s learnt.
“This was undoubtedly an emotionally trying experience, yet there is a lot of beauty to be seen in seeing how closely my family is knit together. We are resolute in our commitment to one another and our undying love for one another “.
