Viewers of America’s Got Talent are exposed to a range of interesting acts. The concert is never short of unexpected performances.

Others were cringeworthy, some were amusing, and some were really amazing.
Alla and Daniel Novikov walked the stage and stunned everyone not only with their incredible dance abilities but also with the fact that they are a mother-and-son duo.

Alla Novikova began her dancing instruction at Edelweiss, a ballroom facility in Saratov, Russia. She was nine years old.
Novikova couldn’t see her life without dancing. Alla won several regional and national contests in Russia over the course of two years, including the most prestigious international dance competition in Moscow.

She started teaching when she was 13 years old.

Alla married Alexander Novikov in 2006 and went to America with him to pursue a professional dancing career.

Daniel, their first child, was born in 2007. This child inherited his parents’ abilities. Daniel had a huge record of dancing titles under his belt at the age of eight.

With Mom by his side, this Russian boy was going to steal the judges’ hearts.

A Russian surprise awaited Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell.

And it appears that Alla, in her lovely pink gown, drew Simon’s attention. But again, who wouldn’t notice her?

Daniel attends to the specifics, informing the audience that he is the son of this lovely lady. Sorry about that, Simon.
Simon asks Daniel if he wants to dance or if his mother pushed him to. This youngster alleges he pushed her without hesitation. Clever comeback! However, it made for excellent television. He is adored by them!

They prepare to dance after making it plain to Simon that mom is still married.

When Maroon 5’s “Moves Like Jagger” comes on, Alla does a salsa hip dip while Daniel spins and moonwalks across the stage.

The crowd’s collective WOAH! tells it all. Daniel smiles as he does a couple of dance steps in time with his mother, and the judges are surprised at this point. Those expressions!

Heidi and Simon erupt into smiles when mother and son finally link hands for a little ballroom blast, but what follows next takes it to a whole new level.

Alla and Daniel part ways before Daniel runs to his mother, leaping up and flipping himself in the air with Alla’s support.
At this point, everyone watching noticed that Daniel’s movements were far superior to Jagger’s.

He adopts a posture with his back to the audience, his mother towering over him like the Russian beauty she is. Awesome!

A standing ovation is a wonderful experience in and of itself, but Simon applauding? Wow.

The judges are all smiles as they shout Alla and Daniel’s praises.

Everyone agrees that they have never seen anything like these two before. So, of course, the Novikovas persuaded all four of them to say yes!
