Pamela Anderson has said that the divorce with Tommy Lee “destroyed” her at the “lowest” period in her life…

Pamela Anderson described her divorce from Tommy Lee as leaving her feeling “crushed” and “devastated” in 1998.

An extract from the forthcoming biography “Love, Pamela” written by the actress states that the dissolution of her marriage to the drummer for Motley Crüe was “the toughest, lowest, most terrible period of my life.”

In 1995, the couple who would eventually divorce had a whirlwind romance that resulted in their marriage only four days later. They went on to have two boys, Brandon, who is now 26 years old, and Dylan, who is now 25 years old.

In her book, which will be available for purchase on January 31, Anderson, age 55, refers to her relationship with Lee, age 60, as “the only time I was ever genuinely in love.”

According to the events shown in the 2022 miniseries “Pam & Tommy” on Hulu, the couple’s happiness was “ruined” in 1995 when a notorious video was made public without their permission.

According to Anderson’s writing, her “hell” started in 1998, when Lee was arrested for violence and sentenced to prison for a period of six months.

She remembers how the rock singer repeatedly kicked her in the back as she held Dylan, who was only seven months old at the time. “I still couldn’t believe that the person I loved the most was capable of what had occurred that night,” she says of the incident.

The former member of “Baywatch” reveals that she and the artist still “check in [on one other] every once in a while” and that she is “forever thankful” that Lee is Brandon and Dylan’s father.

In a promotional clip for the movie, she said that its objective is to enable her to “take control of the narrative for the first time.”
