Paris Hilton is speaking up for the first time about her experiences coming to terms with her sexuality before she met her now-husband Carter Reum.
The heiress, now 42 years old, reminisced in the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Legacy that while she was dating in her 20s, she had the secret thought that she was asexual.
She said, “I was renowned as a sex symbol, yet anything sexual horrified me. I referred to myself as the “kissing bandit” due to the fact that I was only interested in making out. That factor was a contributing factor in the failure of several of my romantic relationships.”
After meeting Reum during a Thanksgiving dinner in 2019, Hilton had a change of heart and decided not to pursue the relationship.
“I finally am not that way because of Carter,” she said, ” I look forward to making love to my hubby every night.”
Hilton is thankful that she was able to make a connection with Reum and shared her appreciation by saying, “I just feel like after all the hell I’ve been through, I’m finally getting what I deserve, which is someone I can trust and someone to build a real life with.”
The media celebrity also discussed the ways in which her relationship with Reum differs from others she has had in the past.
“He is not a renowned person. He has a good mind. He hails from a kind and respectful family, he is an upstanding citizen “It was disclosed by her. “It was exactly the reverse of what I was accustomed to doing when I was searching for people.”
After being married in November 2021, Hilton and Reum recently shared the news that they are going to be parents for the first time to a little boy.
The new mother issued an exclusive statement in which she said, “It’s always been my ambition to be a mother, and I’m so thrilled that Carter and I found one other.” “Our hearts are bursting with love for our little son, and we couldn’t be more delighted to start our family together.”
Hilton also updated her followers on the good news through Instagram, posting a close-up shot of the newborn baby’s hand grasping the thumb of one of her fingers. In her letter, she told him, “You are already adored beyond words.”
Prior to this, Hilton had made no secret of the fact that she yearned to have a family with Reum.
During an interview in December, the founder of the Love Rush fragrance discussed the couple’s plan to have a baby after the pair tied the knot late last year. She revealed that she and Reum started the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) process during the peak of the pandemic in order to conceive a child together.
“Typically, I spend 250 out of the 365 days in a year on an airplane, so I told my husband, “let’s just have all of the eggs loaded and ready,” and now we have a ton of them just sitting around.”
