An emotional eulogy delivered by Priscilla Presley during her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s burial ceremony held at Graceland on Sunday was a touching homage to the late singer’s daughter.

She started by saying, “I’m going to read something that my granddaughter wrote for all of you, and I think this sums up everything perfectly. I am at a loss for words when it comes to describing my mum.”

In point of fact, there are far too many. Lisa Marie Presley was an icon, a role model, and a superhero to many people all over the globe, but she was none of those things for me.

Even now, I can’t get over all there is to understand or know about her, but as she always said, I’ll try my best.'” ”

After that, she recited an excerpt from a poem titled “The Old Soul,” which was written on the life of Lisa Marie. ”

She had a fragile appearance, yet she radiated vitality. She had no reason to doubt that her time in this place would be brief “said Priscilla. ”

“Childhood slips on, and with a twinkle in her green eye, she grows a family of her very own.” When her second kid arrived, she was left with the question: “Could this be the guardian angel who leads me back to my family?”

“The poem went on to say, “”Of course, time went by quite quickly, it was high time for a tragedy. She was aware that the finish line was drawing near. Some people believe that she perished of survivor’s guilt, but the truth is that she passed away from a shattered heart.

Even though she is back where she has always belonged, my heart still longs for her affection even though she is now at peace.”

“‘She was aware of the fact that I adored her. I’m afraid that I won’t be able to touch her again “stated Priscilla, whose eyes were plainly watering as she delivered the statement.”

“But the old spirit is always here with me,” she said. She doesn’t float up there’ That pretty much sums it up, and I appreciate everyone’s presence… Our heart is shattered, Lisa, you have everyone’s affection.”

Family members including Priscilla, Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough, half-brother Navarone Garcia, ex-husband Michael Lockwood, their 14-year-old twin daughters Finley and Harper, and the girlfriend of late son Benjamin attended the public service that was held on the front lawn of the Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee.
