Some Christmas gifts are memorable for a child’s entire life. The Perks family gives their foster boy a tiny present package, which he opens in front of the other kids, in this video. 

He discovers his formal adoption papers (together with those of his two younger brothers) inside; they arrived just in time for Christmas.

The small child is overcome with emotion and instead goes up to his father and then his mother and gives them lengthy, long hugs. I couldn’t help but cry when I saw this amazing moment. His new parents gave him the most precious gift of all: a family.
