Kristen Cruz performed one of the night’s most memorable auditions during Week 4 of America’s Got Talent Season 17.

The 19-year-old TikTok sensation showcased her powerful vocals with a cover of “I See Red” by the indie pop band Everybody Loves an Outlaw.

“I want to sing,” Cruz stated. “I don’t want to give up and stop trying.” [I want] to inspire others, to show them that they don’t have to be anything other than themselves. “I’m not required to be the industry standard.”
