It has been alleged that Alyssa Milano has made an attempt to mend fences with Britney Spears.

After the “Gimme More” singer called out the “Charmed” star for an old tweet in which she questioned her well-being, Milano personally contacted out to apologize on Wednesday.

Milano sent a “private message” to Spears. On the other hand, it is not clear what was stated or whether the vocalist from “Toxic” replied to it. According to sources, the “Melrose Place” actress, who is 50 years old, “expressed support” for Spears, who is 41 years old.

On Tuesday, Spears — who just had a health check from police — accused Milano of “shaming” her after the actress tweeted in December, “Someone pls go check on Britney Spears.”

“It makes me upset to read stuff about me written by individuals who aren’t familiar with me!!! To me, this looks and feels very much like a kind of maltreatment!!!” Spears wrote on top of a screenshot that she had taken of Milano’s tweet on December 20.

She continued by saying, “Ladies, we are not meant to be tearing one other down but instead we are supposed to be cheering for one another!!!”

Spears’ message was published two days after she had to defend herself from rumors that she was having a “breakdown” because she deleted her Instagram account.

“Since everyone believes they are familiar with my backstory. THINK AGAIN !!! A simple side of any particular Sunday does not demonstrate devotion by throwing another person’s story out there… she said this on her Instagram account on January 29: “it’s a day of WELCOMING… not a righteous reaction!!!” What it is, is what it is…

I’m not going to have a complete meltdown, not at all… I accept myself exactly as I am and continue to make progress in my life. I have never felt better !!!”

And only a few days before to that, law enforcement officers turned up at the California home of the “Womanizer” vocalist after getting a large number of calls from fans who were concerned that she could be in danger.
