If you need a pick-me-up, watch seniors perform a classic Bee Gees dance

If you needed a pick-me-up this week, we’ve got you covered. What could be more upbeat than a Zumba class in Rome, Italy, dancing to the Bee Gees? Nothing; that’s right.

The Young Hearts Rome Zumba group has gone viral for doing line dances to popular music!

If that wasn’t enough, they go to several sites across the city to keep things interesting! It’s no surprise that seeing them dance is so smooth and soothing. Let’s have a look at them:

The video begins with the main dancer walking back once the camera is turned on.

If you wanted confirmation that jean shorts were back in style, look no further! As the man steps back, the entire group begins swaying to the music in order to get in the mood to dance. It’s the Bee Gees’ Night Fever, so it doesn’t take much!

When the vocals arrive, the ensemble begins their routine!

The gang is getting down and funky with it, spinning, shaking, and showing off their slick talents! This ensemble is visibly in rhythm and on the move as a result of extensive rehearsals.

Learning a routine like this takes a long time for folks who aren’t skilled dancers!

These men deserve all of the credit for figuring out how to keep in shape while also having fun!

As the song proceeds, the grins on everyone’s faces break out and take over.

Check out the lady in the far back (to the right) who is REALLY straining to recall the motions for a good chuckle!

It’s also the Bee Gees, so you can’t help but bop your head to the music.

Surprisingly, some consider this duo’s song to be at the pinnacle of disco! It’s even referred to as the “genesis” of disco by UDiscover Music!

The Bee Gees were at the forefront of disco with the release of their soundtrack for “Saturday Night Fever” in 1977, paving the way for others to follow.

There’s something to be said about moving to music like this. It’s virtually difficult not to bob your head while listening. I’m sitting here, bouncing back and forth to that irresistible beat, even as I write this (for the third time).

The song concludes as the ensemble performs the last motions.

This group should be pleased with their performance now that their workout for the day is complete! The video currently has over 3 million views; their efforts have clearly paid off! It’s not every day that your training program reaches millions of people worldwide.

Check out their YouTube account to view their weekly films!

While one particular video went viral, they have hundreds more.

We think they’re perfect for anyone trying to brighten up their day!

Prepare to smile as you watch them rock out their moves in the video below!
